How much does a website cost?
A Business Website is LKR 40,000 and a COD E-commerce Website is LKR 50,000. Every site also has a required maintenance fee of LKR 3,000 per month. See the full cost breakdown.
How do I pay?
By bank transfer. After you submit the order form the bank details are shown, and you upload your payment slip. We confirm your payment and the 24-hour clock starts.
Is the domain name included?
No. You register your own domain name and we help you connect it to your website.
Is the monthly maintenance optional?
No. It is required for every Launch24 website and keeps your site running and supported.
Delivery
How long does it take?
Your website goes live within 24 hours. The clock starts when your payment is confirmed and we have received all the content we need: logo, images and text.
What happens after I order?
We confirm your payment, prepare a preview of your homepage and send it to you. You approve it or request changes. After approval we build the other pages and put the site live.
Do I see the whole site before approving?
You review the homepage preview first. The remaining pages are built once you approve it.
Does the 24-hour promise apply to online stores?
Yes, as long as any integrations or third-party services your store needs are ready. Delays caused by missing content or unready third-party accounts pause the clock.
The website itself
Can my website be in Sinhala?
Yes. Choose English, Sinhala or both when you order.
How many pages do I get?
The Business Website includes up to 5 pages, such as Home, About, Services and Contact.
What is included?
Professional mobile-friendly design with your branding, hosting, business email, an SSL certificate, WhatsApp integration and contact forms, and an SEO-ready structure.
Can customers pay by card on the online store?
The standard store uses Cash on Delivery. If you need card payments or other integrations, please ask us on WhatsApp before ordering.
How do I manage my online store?
You receive a login to a back-office where you manage your products and orders. You also get a Launch24 account to view your previews and orders.
